Sunday afternoon we decided to head up to the pumpkin patch. It was a beautiful day and it actually felt like fall outside! Last year when we went it was about 80! "Grandma" got to go too and Sydney and Carter were so excited about that!
So we started off in the corn maize which was pretty neat...the corn was at least 8 feet tall! We got about halfway through it and decided it was time to move on to something else. I didn't want Sydney and Carter to wear themselves out too quick!!
Next up was the underground slide! Carter and I went down first...it was a ridged pipe and let me just say it was not easy on the backside ;) That was my first and only time down that thing! Then Kevin and Sydney went down...notice Kevin's face here. That says it all!

Of course they wanted to do it again so we sent them down solo. That was SOOOO funny!

And then they wanted to do it again! There goes Carter back up the hill!

After a few more times we moved on the cow train! It was a lawn mower pulling a line of cow cars. Sydney and Carter hopped right in and were ready to go! Carter had a change of heart though and decided he wanted out right before they took off...oh well!

After that, the tractor came back around for hay rides. We loaded up in the wagon and headed off to the field of pumpkins. Once we got there, Carter picked his out first thing!

Sydney had to carefully inspect each one to find the perfect pumpkin :)

The search continues...

This was taken when we got back...that's the field we were in. The leaves on the mountain were so colorful!

We did a few other things then decided to call it a day! Everyone was getting tired! It turned out to be a great afternoon :)
